For some of you who maybe have never sold a condo or any other real estate, you may not know what the Listing Consultation is. Generally when a Realtor is called to sell someone's condo, the following happens:
- Realtor takes a look at the building and views the condo as the owner point out the features
- They sit down and the Realtor discusses numerous things such as the market analysis, marketing plan, and services offered
- Owner will ask any questions they may have
- The Realtor will try and close for the listing
