Discounted Commission Rates

ShopCondo.com is happy to provide and explain it's commission structure online and upfront.  We find this a much better practice as clients already know our fee before the listing consultation, thus eliminating the awkward "so how much do you charge?" question followed by the typical hard close.  With today's web technology, ShopCondo strives to provide you with everything you need & to answer all your questions before you ever pick up the phone.  We like to think we do things a little bit different at Shopcondo.com, and making the process a lot more enjoyable and "awkward free" is just something we happen to enjoy as well!

If after the Listing Consultation, you feel that ShopCondo is the right fit for you in selling your Surrey, Cloverdale, or Langley condo, the following non-negotiable fees will apply:

• ShopCondo charges a flat listing fee of $3,250 plus the buyers agents fee of 3.22% on the first $100,000 / 1.15% on the balance.
• We do take a non-refundable $300 fee upfront, at the time the listing is taken, with the remaining $2,950 paid upon completion.

The most important key about the ShopCondo.com commission strategy is that we do not discount the commission being paid to the buyers agent ( with some discount real estate services this may happen ).  The buyers agent fee that is offered at ShopCondo is the same standard commission that is offered at FrankMihal.ca. The commission you save is a result of the discounted listing fee charged by ShopCondo.com and ranges from 11% - 40%.  With 90-95% of all sales coming directly from a buyers and sellers agent working together ( approx 3000 Realtors in the Fraser Valley ), offering the same competitive commission to buyers agents that FrankMihal.ca does, is critical in getting the maximum amount of exposure for your condo.
